To give everyone some recovery time after the New Year, our January meeting will be postponed to Tuesday 9th, same time and place. See you there!
Nottingham Green Party meets at 7.30pm on the first Tuesday of the month at:
Friends Meeting House
25 Clarendon Street
August and December meetings are usually socials, and may take place at different locations: keep an eye on the Social Events page to find out what's going on where.
All members and supporters are invited to attend.
If you have any accessibility requirements please let us know. The venue is fully wheelchair-accessible. If you would like a lift by car to the meeting, or you would be more comfortable meeting someone at a venue more familiar to you to accompany you to the meeting, please also let us know.
How you can help
Anyone can sign up for regular news and campaign updates from the Green Party. Please enter your name, email address and postcode below. We send messages about once a fortnight - slightly more often during election periods.
We'll keep your details safe and won't pass your information on to anyone else.
You'll receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards to activate your subscription.
As a member, you can be as active as you like - from armchair and online support to standing as a candidate for election.
Members are entitled to access our Members' website to discuss policy and co-ordinate action with other members in Nottingham and around the country. You'll receive quarterly editions of our official magazine, Green World, and regular updates about our campaigns, including our e-newsletter Green Activist.
Members are also entitled to attend our bi-annual national party conference, where they can cast their vote on which policies we adopt, learn campaign strategies from workshops, and get educated about important issues in fringe sessions.
Students: Join the Green Party for just £5 a year!
Even if you don't want to make the commitment of joining us, we always welcome supporters and volunteers. Volunteers can help with our campaigning work. Could you help deliver leaflets to your street, or go out with our campaign team and speak to local residents about their concerns?
Do you have fundraising experience or web design, press, research and administrative skills? Whatever your level of experience and however much or little time you can give, we would love to hear from you.
